Quality Inn Old Saybrook - Westbrook

This hotel was located in a central area adjacent to Close to stores as well as historic Old Saybrook. The rooms were stocked and bright, with a microwave and refrigerator. Truly enjoyed our stay and location of the venue, and would stay here again.

Its easy, central location was a plus. I ate at a GOOD restaurant for dinner.

Great location for Old Lyme, Saybrook area stop. Short walk to good restraunte offering seafood.

The late check-out allowed my son extra swim time, but the fridge leaked.

There was no staff in the restaurant when we went in.

While the hotel had a friendly staff and a clean room, the experience was marred by a strong, unpleasant odor in the common areas and inefficient service during check-in. Breakfast was decent, but the facility could use some updates for a fully enjoyable stay.

Good Value, easy to get to, staff were pleasant and helpful.

The only issue we had was the noise factor. VERY noisy hallway....guests acted like it was fine to be yelling to each other in the halls, as if they didn't think people could possibly want to be asleep at 2:00 in the morning! It made getting to sleep very difficult.

Fridge and microwave in room, breakfast, room was large

Never enough hangers, the rugs were very old, pillows were smelly, the bedspread looked old and dirty

I wasn't ready for this!

I expected a decent stay, but I wasn't prepared for how cozy and spacious the room would be. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast options were plentiful. We appreciated the complimentary hot breakfast and pool access. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and quick highway access. Great experience overall!

Location was good. Receptionist when we arrived at nite was friendly. She gave us breakfast suggestions.

The quality inn was far from quality. Very depressing! Rooms are old and not very clean. At $150 per nite expected better. Will not stay at quality inn again and would never recommend.

Location was great for visiting my niece in Old Say Brook. The bar tender was friendly.

poor housekeeping I had guests visit and we used the pool which was dirty and the carpet area around the pool was loaded with paint chips. Even in the hallway back to my room there were paint chips from other guests. (safety hazard??)

My kids wished there were longer pool hours, as they wanted to swim after a long day.

Great location. Neat, clean and rooms are large and comfortabke.

The pillows on the king sized bed were ridiculously small!
