Quality Inn offered a spacious and comfortable room, complete with a convenient coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave on a separate counter. the bathroom was large, and the water pressure was fantastic. Breakfast had delicious options, while the saltwater pool was a pleasant feature. the location was easy to access off the highway. I particularly appreciated the efficient mini refrigerator that performed excellently.

TV channels are cumbersome to navigate. Pool area cleanliness could improve.

This hotel was located in a central area adjacent to Close to stores as well as historic Old Saybrook. The rooms were stocked and bright, with a microwave and refrigerator. Truly enjoyed our stay and location of the venue, and would stay here again.

Its easy, central location was a plus. I ate at a GOOD restaurant for dinner.

I enjoy my stay here, especially the breakfast with hot options. The spacious bathroom is a nice touch, and the mini fridge is impressively efficient. The location is ideal for visiting places like Otter Creek and the Mystic Aquarium, especially with the fascinating exhibition of beach waste showcased in ceiling tiles.

My room had some cleanliness issues, like dirt spots on the floor and smudges.

The room was spotlessly clean, featuring a jacuzzi tub, a microwave, and in-room coffee.

Loved being able to check in early and check out quickly. 😊 the room was super clean and had everything I needed like a microwave and fridge. the bed was so comfy I slept like a baby. the hotel's location was just right, and there was convenient public parking nearby.

Good Value, easy to get to, staff were pleasant and helpful.

The only issue we had was the noise factor. VERY noisy hallway....guests acted like it was fine to be yelling to each other in the halls, as if they didn't think people could possibly want to be asleep at 2:00 in the morning! It made getting to sleep very difficult.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, where cleanliness was a highlight, and the spacious room came equipped with a microwave and fridge. the indoor pool was refreshing, and the breakfast offered a great variety of choices. the location was perfect for my visit to nearby attractions, making it easy to explore the area.

For us, it was ideal; no complaints whatsoever.
